admoai (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a UK-based ad technology provider. We help clients serve relevant advertising to users through their mobile apps. This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the proper use of these services and to emphasise and the consequences of non-compliance.

You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with your agreement with admoai. All access must comply with applicable laws and the terms of service. You must ensure that your use is limited to your own authorised business purposes; does not infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights; and complies with all advertising laws and standards, including industry best practices.

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• Upload or distribute any content that is misleading, fraudulent, obscene, defamatory, harassing, or illegal.
• Interfere with the integrity, security, or availability of the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform’s source code.
• Introduce malware, spam, or any harmful software via the Platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform.

You agree that:

• All ad content must be accurate, appropriate, and not misleading. You must not promote counterfeit goods, adult content, hate speech, or unlawful services.
• You will not manipulate traffic or metrics in any way, including artificial click-throughs or impressions.

Admoai reserves the right to: Monitor use of the Platform to ensure compliance; Suspend or terminate access to any user found in violation of this Policy, without prior notice; and remove any content that violates this Policy or any applicable law or regulation.
